While some brands split payments into a deposit and a final balance, pre-orders at our store require full payment upfront. You only pay once at checkout (including shipping fee). After that, all you need to do is wait for your beautiful items to be crafted. We will update you with tracking notifications as soon as they ship.

• Cost Efficiency: Manufacturers produce garments strictly based on the actual number of orders received, which drastically lowers production waste and costs for indie brands.
• Guaranteed Reservation: It ensures that you secure your exact size and color preference for limited-edition indie pieces before they sell out.

Will my dress look exactly like the pictures? Yes. Mass production utilizes the exact same finalized patterns, fabrics, and quality controls as the sample dresses shown in our promotional images.

The Pre-Order Lifecycle: How Your Clothes Are Made

To help you understand your waiting time, here is the complete journey of an indie Lolita garment:

1. Garment Structuring & Design: The designer adds specific lace, fabric types, and print details to a technical sketch.
2. Material Sourcing: The team sources high-quality main fabrics and matching accessories (ribbons, custom lace).
3. Pattern Making (制版): The 2D structural paper patterns for bodices, sleeves, and collars are drafted and cut.
4. Sample Making & Optimization: A physical sample is sewn, tested, and repeatedly adjusted until the fit and silhouette are absolutely flawless.
5. Promotional Shoot: The finalized perfect sample dress is placed on mannequins and models for promotional photography.
6. The Pre-Order Window (On Sale): The product is listed on our site. Customers can place orders during a limited timeframe (typically 1 month).
7. Mass Production: Once the pre-order window closes, the indie factory begins cutting and sewing fabrics based on the total order count. More complex designs require a longer manufacturing window.
8. Quality Control, Packaging & Delivery: Finished garments undergo strict quality audits before being bundled and sent to our central warehouse for final international dispatch.

How to Calculate Your Total Wait Time

Because pre-order items are not readily available in stock, your total waiting time consists of three phases:

• If a product page shows the pre-order pool closes in 20 days,
• And the official estimated factory production time is 2 months after the closing date,
• Your estimated total wait time until delivery will be approximately 3 months.
